用途與特點(diǎn) The use and characteristics

1、適用于平板材料進(jìn)行底面漆輥涂。

◇   It is suit for roller coating of flat material. 

2、涂布輥采用快拆式，換裝方便，定位精準(zhǔn)，計(jì)數(shù)表讀數(shù)，操作方便。

◇   The coating roller adopts quick release type, easy to change, accurate positioning, meter reading, easy to operate.

3、雙輥涂布機(jī)相對(duì)于單輥來說，比單輥的油漆量會(huì)更厚更平整，而且雙輥涂布機(jī)又分為順輥和正逆輥。

◇   Painting by double roll coating machine will be thicker and smoother than a single roll . And double roll coating machine is divided into positive roll and reserve roll.

4、通常雙輥涂布機(jī)是用來做砂光底和面漆的，如果要求亮度比較高的話那就要用正逆輥比較適合。

◇   Double roll coating machine is usually used to do sanding bottom and finish paint. If the brightness is required to be higher, then it is better to use reverse roll.

5、雙輥的涂布量一般在30-50g/㎡。有時(shí)候雙輥也可以用來完成底漆，砂光底通常也是用雙輥來做的，因?yàn)橥坎剂看笠稽c(diǎn)，砂光的效果會(huì)更好一點(diǎn)。

◇   The coating amount of double roll is generally 30-50g/㎡. According to the requirements of the product, 

     sometimes double rollers can also be used to do the primer, sand bottom is also usually done with double rollers, 

     because the amount of coating, sand effect will be better.
