用途與特點 The use and characteristics

 1、本機專門為板式家具、密度板表面油漆涂布，特別對水性涂料在密度表面涂布尤為突出。

 ◇   The machine is specially designed for coating the surface such as plate furniture and  high density fiberboard. 

      The highlight to the machine is coating the water-based paining on high density. 

2、本機采用兩組海綿輥涂布系統，涂布量大，遮蓋力強，飽滿度好。

◇   The machine use two sets of sponge roll so the coating thickness is big and strong and full. 

3、本機馬達、變頻器均采用進口或國內知名品牌（客戶可選配）。

◇   This machine motor and frequency converter adopt imported or domestic famous brand (customer optional).

4、海綿輥、涂布輪拆裝快捷，蝸輪與海綿輥之間的距離通過渦輪、蝸桿來調整，同時裝配置顯示器，本機操作簡單，適用性廣大。

◇   The sponge roll and the coating roll are easily installed and removed. 

     The distance between the sponge roll and the steel roll are controlled by the digital display controller, so that it is precise and easily for operation.
